Major Responsibilities:
  • Oversee downstream production activities by reviewing BPRs, SOPs, logbooks, and monitoring charts for GMP compliance, training technical staff on cGMP, HSE, and SOP standards, participating in daily meetings and deviation investigations, and coordinating with the CP department (Adsorptions, Upstream, and MWS).
  • Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture by wearing appropriate PPE, following safety procedures, participating in HSE checks, escalating hazards, and collaborating on solutions.
  • Purification and sterile filtration of CP antigens.
  • Ensure timely and accurate administration of data for cP production by completing SAP transactions, performing Pharm Net Web activities, and entering Shop Floor Data, LIMs, and Change Request Forms accurately.
  • Assist implementation of facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.
  • Participate in keeping the production area in a tidy, GMP manner, following 5S guideline (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain).

About You:
  • A minimum of a four-year bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Bioengineering, along with at least four years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: A two-year master's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Bioengineering, accompanied by a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques, microbiology, and cGMP/cGLP practices.
  • Proficient mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities, with experience in setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and cleaning machinery according to SOPs.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make quick decisions in line with SOPs and training.
  • Basic computer skills, with the capability to enter data accurately and promptly.

Hours Of Work
  • Inclusive from Monday to Friday: 1:30 pm - 9:30 PM
