Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed calculations and operate equipment for the adsorption and dispensing of purified antigens, including the completion and verification of Batch Production Records (BPRs) for both processes.
- Prepare QO-approved disinfectants for cleaning, set up rooms for sampling and environmental monitoring, conduct and record environmental sampling as per SOPs, and order necessary EM supplies.
- Perform aseptic sampling of bulk intermediates and concentrates using tube welder technology, prepare LIMS applications and labels, handle test and Kjeldahl samples, and maintain reference and reserve samples, including logging entries.
- Laboratory Maintenance, Parts, Inventories.
- Assist with daily and weekly production planning with management, handle SAP transactions and scheduling, perform cycle counts to maintain 98% inventory accuracy, ensure timely confirmation and receipt of orders, and transfer materials using the SAP system.
- Prepare equipment and filters for adsorption processes, set up sterile and screen filters, collaborate with Washing and Sterilizing personnel, and inspect incoming or outgoing tanks and equipment for integrity, anomalies, and proper mixer function.
About You:
- Minimum of a three-year College Diploma in Sciences (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Specialty Technologist Programs) with at least eighteen months of relevant experience, or a four-year bachelor's degree in sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Microbiology, General Science) with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microbiology and Aseptic Processing.
- Familiarity with Sterile Filters/Filter Equipment, Integrity Tester, MAS Air Sampler, Met One Particle Counter, Tube Welder/Sealer, and Tachometer.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments and to write SOPs, SWIs, and CCRs.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with adequate computer proficiency, particularly in SAP and LIMS.

- Inclusive from Monday to Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
