Major Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration tasks for balances, scales, temperature and pressure sensors, humidity meters, air samplers, pH meters, light sensors, flow devices, pressure switches, DPMs, conductivity meters, and CO2 meters, in accordance with SOPs and manufacturer specifications.
- Write and/or revise SOPs and SWis for various equipment I instruments calibration.
- Review CCMS database to ensure correct and appropriate equipment/instrument data (calibration and process specification/requirement) to minimize errors in certification work and facilitate accurate production planning.
- Documentation and Verify certification work performed by other metrologists to ensure accuracy and compliance to SOPs. Provide technical support to production for any calibration requirements and change as a result of change control.
- Assist user departments to complete all registration documentation to demonstrate complete certification for each measuringequipment and instrument for the customers.
About You:
- Minimum three (3) years College Degree (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Applied Science), plus a minimum two (2) years of previous relevant work experience.
- Preferred four (4) years bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Eng.), plus a minimum of one (1) year of previous relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge in Metrology sciences & calibration techniques.
- Possesses strong computer skills, along with training in cGMP and GLP guidelines, and demonstrates effective written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Hours Of Work
- Inclusive from Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Onsite daily)
