Summary
The role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Sanofi's Talent function. Leading a small team, this role focuses on coordinating talent operations activities, providing data support, and assisting with process improvements. The Team Lead also provides dedicated support to the Talent Operational Excellence Lead COE, contributing to the success of strategic projects and initiatives.
About you
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and motivate a small team of Talent Operations Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
•Assist in the development and generation of KPI dashboards and reports on talent operations activities, providing data support to inform decision-making.
•Contribute to the evaluation and optimization of talent operations processes across all hubs, identifying opportunities for streamlining and efficiency gains.
•Support the implementation of standardized procedures and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and consistency of talent operations services.
•Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the COE and in market, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
•Assist the Talent Operations team in resolving routine issues and addressing basic queries, escalating more complex matters to the Talent Operational Excellence Lead.
•Support the Talent Operational Excellence Lead COE in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives related to talent operations.
•Contribute to project tasks, gather data, and provide administrative support to ensure project success.
