We commit every day to ensure the business continuity by our engagement to maintain master data, analytics data and support to the different stakeholders on our different tools.
Playing a transversal role, your main accountability is to ensure the normal operation of our major digital tools and to follow the different evolution projects of these tools for the Supply Chain France department.

Main responsibilities:
- Focal point to support the changes according to SC process, SOP, internal control, and Audit.
- Leader of all activities included in the scope of the Support Business for the SC France.
- Expert of our main digital tools (SAP, CCM) to bring support for the department's users.
- Perform the first level of investigation in case of issue and to raise it to the digital team.
- Follow up on the incidents and changes with the digital team to ensure their progress and resolution.
- Drive the follow up for the KPI of the activities and to propose solutions to improve the performance.
- Manage subcontractors when it's needed by the activity.
- Ensure the right level of support in coordination with other departments and share the KPI for the performance.
About you
- Bachelor and/or master's degree
- Experience in Supply Chain or Distribution
- SAP, PowerBI
- SMS tools
- Project Management
- A good knowledge of the Supply Chain and distribution process is a plus
- Leadership, autonomy, strong team spirit and networking
- Transversal management skills, good organization, rigorous, calm and results-oriented
- Fluent in French and professional English
