We are looking for a Summer 2025 Intern to join our Biostatistics Team. In the role, successful candidates will work on design and analysis of early- and late-phase clinical trials and statistical methodology research under the supervision of senior-level statisticians.

The Biostatistics Oncology Early Development teamconsists of statisticians as part of Sanofi Global Project Teams (GPTs) on all early development projects in hematology and immune cell engagers & small molecules in solid tumors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • In this particular role, the summer intern candidate will be working with senior statistician(s) within the Biostatistics Oncology Early Development team to develop predictive models for time-to-event endpoints by leveraging early clinical trial data.
  • The intern project will evaluate and compare traditional statistical models with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) approachesor any other relevant methodologies. Initial development will utilize an internal data set, with opportunities to validate and extend these methods to larger external databases.

About You:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have completed at least two years of graduate coursework and be working on a dissertation toward a PhD in statistics or biostatistics.
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi
  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
  • Must have US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with SAS
  • Experience with R and Python
