Your job, as Sr Analyst - Cross-Functional Reporting (Validations & Stability)within our team, will be to deliver and support Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect electronically stored data for stability management reports from all relevant data sources
• Gather electronically stored data relevant for environmental monitoring trending reports from designated sources
• Assist in report-related activities for audit and inspection preparation and prepare and organize data and documentation to support audit and inspection requirements
• Transcribe paper-based data into electronic formats for inclusion in reports
• Conduct thorough reviews of transcribed data to verify accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, transcription, and audit/inspection support activities

About you

• Experience: Professional experience in data management (transcription & verification) (preferable for report issuance)
• Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
• Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat, LIMS), Word, Excel, Power Point
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
• Languages: Excellent English communication and writing; additionally, at least one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese or French
