JOB PURPOSE:

1) Develop, optimise and implement brand strategy/tactic of Dupixent Derm. expansion and MDT market
2) Collaborate with other BU team to ensure the successful co-promotion in broad market

Integrating Customer Insights & Analytics
  • Work with marketing research team to generate clear and accurate facts
  • Interacts with all customer groups to make market observations and identify potential insights cross broad range of healthcare solutions/disease areas
  • Identifies key market access and customer needs issues
  • Give the best sales forecast based on market facts and customer insights
  • Extracts key findings from clinical literature to use in driving strategies/tactics for customers.
Product Development and Life Cycle Management
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs, supply chain, market access and commercial team, traking the overall new launch progress
  • Provides timely input to formulation development and packaging
  • Identifies potential intellectual property issues & opportunities during product development
Brand and Portfolio Strategy
  • Develop plans for the new indication, including pricing option, pre-launch plan and operation plan
  • Prioritizes appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments
Marketing Mix and Execution
  • Drives consistent execution of product strategy with appropriate key performance indicators
  • Design and execute innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI
  • Implement, monitor and control the marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve objectives
  • Develop roubust promotional mix and setup training for sales team
  • Ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practises, and manage budget within agreed limits

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Integrating Customer Insights & Analytics

• Give the best sales forecast based on market facts and customer insights
strategies/tactics for customers.
Brand and Portfolio Strategy
• Leading Dupixent marketing plans for all dermatology markets, including SP/BP/OP
• Prioritizes appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments
KOL management and resource allocation
• Develop strong working relationships with immunology experts and all additional Allergy specialists in assigned geography as well as biologic coordinators, office staff and other important health care personnel and key patient advocacy support groups as directed.
• Maximize budget allocated to the geographic territory to support execution of strategies and tactics and generate/grow the business.
Marketing Mix and Execution
• Design and execute marketing events/projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI and KEI
• Implement, monitor and control the marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve objectives
• Keep abreast of latest promotional materials and training materials, and setup training for sales team
• Ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practices, and manage budget within agreed limits

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Major in medical, pharmacy is desired, other majors such as biology, biological chemistry and marketing will also be considered

Experience & knowledge:

• At least 2-3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or consulting firm with extensive health care experience
• Experience in multinational company is must
• Experience in new launch experience is desired

• Good level of English language (spoken/written)
• Proactive and independent attitude
• Strong analytical skills and learning agility
• Experience with building forecast models, valuations, PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent project management skill
• Good team working and cross-functional capability
