As a Customer Facing L&D Instructional Design Specialist within our global Go-To-Market-Capabilities (GTMC) Team, you'll collaborate with and support subject matter experts to co-create effective training content. You will be tasked helping to review content and training programs to ensure effective use of methods to suit different adult learning principles and environments.

• Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  
• Assist in creating instructional materials and resources that address identified training needs.
  
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth training delivery.
  
• Assess all current training programs and provide recommendations for improved Adult Learning techniques and increased technology use for the development, facilitation, and effectiveness checks
  
• Collaborate with the learning and development team to implement changes and enhance training effectiveness.
  
• Utilize Adult Learning, Instructional Design Methods and Techniques in the development and facilitation of training for national/regional sessions, field contact sessions as well as remote/virtual training sessions.
  

• Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience
  
• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field
  
• Project Management Experience required
  
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design basics.
  
• Knowledge of different learning styles and methods.
  
• Ability to collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and communication with stakeholders.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
