  • As a Product Manager for Sanofi One Rare, you are joining the team managing Sanofi Taiwan top growth driver, but beyond, you're having the opportunity of making an impact in the life of many patients and their families, by working hand in hand with our internal cross-functional teams as well as all the external stakeholders involved in the Rare Diseases & Rare Blood Disorders community in Taiwan to launch life-saving new treatments, to raise and expand the awareness around these rare conditions, to support doctors and hospitals teams in the diagnosis of these patients, and last not least, to ensure the right level of support is provided to patients throughout their disease journeys.

  • Main responsibilities
    • Collaborate with sales, medical and cross functional teams to get in-depth understanding of rare blood disorders, hemophilia patients journeys, HCP environment, competitive landscape to prioritize sources of growth, develop brand strategy and tactics to drive resource allocation and business performance
    • Take a key role in future pipeline, new product launch, business case readiness, including opportunity assessment, advocacy plan, and local data generation strategy, working closely with Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, KOLs
    • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, representing the local team to global franchise teams, to effectively communicate and convey local environment dynamics, brand strategies, and leverage resources.
    • Responsible to supervise the design and delivery of the Go-To-Market and Omnichannel tactics to meet strategic imperatives and provide enhanced customer experience.
    • Responsible to design and lead the delivery of the brand operational plan on time and on budget through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    • Bring creativity and innovative tactics, projects, campaigns to differentiate and enrich customers engagement offering
    • Build strong relationships with Taiwan national/global KOL and PAG to generate insights, drive strategy and generate projects ideas.
    • Work closely with Business Manager and BU Head in building the annual budget, patient models, and managing monthly sales performance, forecasting exercises.
    • Occasionally requires evening calls with headquarters teams in US/EU
    • Occasionally requires domestic and international travels, or week-end activities within local regulations
    • Ensure Sanofi First , Customer First mindset in all projects undertaken by constantly seeking best efforts, cost effective solutions, but also by knowing when to challenge ourselves and recognize failures
    • Ensure all activities operate in line with the Sanofi Code of Ethics and relevant policies
    • Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment).

    About you
    • University Degrees in life science
    • MBA is a plus
    • 5+ years in Marketing in Pharma MNC
    • Experience in Specialty Care, Hematology, Geneticists, Rare Disease is a plus
    • Experience with top KOL, Global, Patients Groups, Payers is a plus
    • Experience in new product launch is a plus
    • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
    • Excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin
    • Project management and ownership
    • Analytical and numeracy skills
    • Strong powerpoint, excel modeling skills
    • Strategic & Creative thinking
    • Autonomny & Problem solving
