Main responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth insight on relevant therapeutic areas, the products, diseases, patient and healthcare professionals journey and environment
- Responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of effective marketing strategy working with the Business Manager, Medical teams and cross-functional colleagues
- Design, supervise and track Marketing activities execution and spending along agreed plan of actions
- Build strong relationships with sales teams to generate engagement, develop insights and two-way feedback as well as strong execution excellence
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and Key Prescribers, generating insights and projects ideation
- Support design and production of new omnichannel marketing material working with global franchise
- Support manager in analyzing brand sales performance, sales-force excellence & omnichannel KPI
- Support training of new sales team members product knowledge
- Occasionally requires evening calls with headquarters teams in US/EU
- Occasionally requires domestic and international travels, or week-end activities within local regulations
- Ensure Sanofi First, Customer First mindset in all projects undertaken by constantly seeking best efforts, cost effective solutions, but also by knowing when to challenge ourselves and recognize failures
- Ensure all activities operate in line with the Sanofi Code of Ethics and relevant policies
- Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment).
About you
- Degrees in Life-Science, Pharmacy, or Business-related is a plus
- 4+ Marketing Experience in Pharma MNC, Experience in covering Specialty Care
- Experience in interfacing with global stakeholders is a plus
- Experience in new product launch is a plus
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, Chinese/English
- Project management and coordination
- Ability to effectively engage teams and cross-functional colleagues
- Analytical and numeracy skills
- Strong powerpoint, excel skills
- Creative thinking & Problem solving
