Main Responsibilities
- Maximize omnichannel engagement platform for an improved customer experience
- Conduct regular digital and face-to-face engagements in alignment with the omnichannel customer journey blueprint

About You
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma from any discipline (Science or Pharmaceutical-related is a plus)
- Minimum 3 Years of Pharmaceutical sales experience / Account Management/ Marketing experience
- Digital Marketing / eCOM experience is a definite plus
- Familiar with local healthcare and reimbursement mechanism
- Knowlegeable in Segmentation and Targeting
- Data & Insights - ability to source, identify and convert data into insights, driving actions.
- Innovation - curiosity, customer obsession and white space / new revenue streams focus.
- Team Player, and the ability to move with speed, experiment and learn with growth mindset.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and retaining information skills
- Demonstrate high level of comfort and confidence to discuss and engage, handle rejection and objection with customers via phone and digital tools
- IT literate and familiarity with CRM system and digital platforms
