As (Senior) Customer Master Data Analystwithin our Order to Cash team, you'll responsible of the creation/modification of customers, pricing conditions and contract agreements mainly in SAP, you'll own the operational master data management such as master data creation and maintenance in the relevant systems.

Main responsibilities
  • Owns operational master data management, including data creation and maintenance, mainly in SAP ERP and other relevant systems
  • Manages and creates master data for all products in SAP/M2 and other systems, ensuring timely product launches and accurate updates
  • Maintains material and pricing master data, ensuring compliance with corporate, SOX, and GDP standards
  • Conducts GDP Bona Fide checks on all customers as part of the account creation process and performs regular checks on MHRA lists for revoked licenses
  • Manages CD import licenses accurately and on time to prevent supply issues
  • Coordinates with neighboring functions to optimize lead time for critical master data updates
  • Ensures data quality in systems, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the company's data backbone for future growth
  • Regularly performs audit controls, acts as the key contact for auditors, and independently follows up on any required actions

Additional Responsibilities
  • Trains, supports, and guides junior team members in their daily work
  • Solves problems independently and participates in or leads assigned projects, initiating and driving continuous improvement ideas
  • This role requires a solid understanding of Order to Cash activities, industry trends, and data quality principles

About you
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; knowledge of a second European language (preferably Spanish or French) is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash, master data management, or contract/commercial conditions management, preferably in Pharma
  • Strong business acumen, with problem-solving, deductive, and analytical abilities (advantageous)
  • Hands-on SAP experience (R3/S4) required; SD module knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced expertise in MS Excel
  • Professional interaction with internal clients, maintaining a high standard of communication
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and able to work under pressure
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions
