Main responsibilities:

  • Agile Coaching and team Development

  • Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-making.

  • Product Development Coaching

  • Guide sustainable cadence in product development

  • Bring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation thinking (e.g Lean UX)

  • Learning from data and take decision from it.

  • Collaborative Mindset

  • Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders.

  • Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement.

  • Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate with product management for vision and strategy alignment.

  • Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

  • Event Facilitation

  • Facilitate events as necessary

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in effectively coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders.

  • Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environments.

  • Experience in working in domain knowledge relevant to the data science projects. (e.g. knowledge of industry regulations, data privacy considerations, domain-specific metrics, and business processes.

Soft skills:

  • Proven expertise in Agile product management and continuous product discovery

  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes

  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influence

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Experimentation and Iterative Development: Data science projects often involve experimentation and iterative development. The coach should promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

Data Literacy: The coach should possess a good understanding of data concepts and terminology. This includes familiarity with data types, data manipulation techniques, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and other relevant topics.

Technical skills:

  • Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration.

  • Understand the technology stack and be able to guide the team on best practices for tool selection, integration, and usage.

  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries.



Education:

  • Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
