As a Scientific Communications Specialist VIE in our Scientific Communications & Publications team you will focus on optimization of development/organization of scientific communications materials, including but not limited to educational materials and publications, and planning and execution of medical events and related activities within the Dupixent Medical Immunology Franchise for Sanofi. You will partner with the Global Scientific Communications Head and Scientific Directors to develop and execute the medical communications strategy, and will work cross-functionally, contributing to evidence dissemination and launch optimization strategies Globally. You will also have an opportunity to leverage technologies, including artificial intelligence, to develop/optimize medical content.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist/support the Scientific Communications Head and Scientific Directors in the development of Scientific Communication materials, dissemination strategy of these materials, and key opinion leader engagement.
- Review of scientific communications and materials, including scientific publications, for dupilumab in Type 2 inflammatory diseases.
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality, fair-balanced, scientifically/clinically accurate medical communications resources including, scientific platforms, lexicons, and FAQs/trainings and disease backgrounders in accordance with established timelines, compliance guidelines/policies, and budgets.
- Set up and foster co-operations with external medical experts, network activities.
- Preparation and presentation of scientific data.
- Support planning and execution of scientific events: advisory boards with external experts and scientific symposia.
- Co-operate with other medical functions (Global and Local) and cross-functionally.
About you
Experience:
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize scientific information from various sources.
- Ensuring accuracy in all communications, especially when dealing with scientific data.
- Ability to collaborate with scientists, medical professionals, and other stakeholders on various levels of seniority.
- Proficiency in using various software for document creation, data analysis, and presentation (digital savvy).
- Ability to keep up with rapidly evolving scientific knowledge and communication technologies.
- Doctoral degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences or related (PharmD, MD, PhD).
- Proficient proficiency in English (written and verbal).
