Key Responsibility

Be responsible for Patient experience strategy
  • Champions and ensures in-depth understanding of the patient pathway and "pain points" across Dupixent indications at national level to prioritize account level
  • Leads the understanding and construction of in-depth patient pathways for Dupixent priority indications, ensuring customer and patient "pain points" relating to patient activation, support and retention are fully assessed and understood
  • Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders to utilise multiple sources of information that create actionable insight along the patient pathway
  • Collaborates to ensure the opportunities for growth within the pathway are prioritised and a clear patient pathway strategy is developed which is aligned to the overall Dupixent growth strategy.
  • Clear identification of the priority areas where we go "all in", to drive growth and deliver excellent customer and patient experience and outcomes.
  • Effectively matches Digital Health and service solutions to address customer and patient "pain points" within the patient pathway at national and priority account level.

About You
  • Working Experience:
  • At least 7+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or consulting firm with extensive health care experience
  • Retail/Patient program execution execution is desired
  • Experience in multinational company is must
  • Experience in patient support program, multi-channel patient solution experience is desired
  • Transversal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Functional Skills: Championing People'Growth Mindset'Obsessive Execution
  • Educational background: Bachelor degree or above (major in medicine, public health or marketing is preferred)
  • Language requirements: Proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin
