We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Development Expert to join our ERP - Digital M&S team. You will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and act as a technical solution guardian.

Main responsibilities:

• Be a gatekeeper of the delivered ABAP code quality and clean core
• Support projects lifecycle by executing continuous QA
• Follow and improve the development best practices,provide a valuable input to thedevelopment guidelinesand continuously improve them
• Follow and improve the development lifecycle workflow, includingQA and code review processes
• Guide developers to build robust and sustainable code
• Interact with multiple offshore development teams, providing them feedback on their work performed, receiving reporting on the regular basis
• Evaluate, implement and promote new SAP technologies and techniques in coding area
• Design and develop proof of concepts, code samples, patterns and global reusable components
• Design and develop system core components, complex and critical developments
• Guidance and support for resolution and RCA for ABAP complex issues related to deliverables, basis or integration,troubleshoot critical issues in existing live code together with functional experts
• Run the code lifecycle activities: continuously improvements, code refactoring
• Ensuring proper ABAP testing from performance, quality, robustness, stability, and security standpoint liaising with Test leads

About you

• ABAP expert, solid experience with 3+ project go-lives.
• Knowledgeand experience in SAP ABAP on HANA, IDT, CDS views, HANA SQL Script
• Experience in working with offshore factories
• Experience in making QA and ability to perform detailed technical review, including both technical design and code
• Knowledge and experience of using automated QA tools: ATC, Code Inspector, VFORGE, etc.
• Deep understanding of the Object-Oriented Programming concept, experience in applying patterns
• Programming background, Computer Science/Computer Engineering degree
• Knowledge of mathematical logic, understanding of sets, Euler-Venn diagrams and syllogisms

• Fluent spoken and written English
