Job Description -
As the Salesforce Testing & Admin Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficient administration of Salesforce systems.You'll lead testing efforts, manage system configurations, and oversee administrative tasks while collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to maintain a robust and user-friendly Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for Salesforce projects
•Lead and mentor the QA team in executing test plans and test cases
•Oversee Salesforce system administration, including user management and security
•Help to manage Salesforce releases and coordinate testing cycles
•Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks
•Conduct performance testing and optimize system performance
•Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce
•Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve system quality
•Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and system configurations
Required Qualifications and Background:
•4+years of relevant experience in Salesforce testing and administration
•Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator
•Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
•Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and security concepts
•Experience with test management tools and methodologies
•Proficiency in writing and executing test cases
•Familiarity with Agile testing practices
•Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium,Provar, SonarQube)

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
•In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles
•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
•Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
•Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
