Job Description:

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud Architect, you will design and lead the implementation of integrated marketing and customer service solutions.You'll leverage both Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to create cohesive customer experiences, working with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives across marketing automation and customer service processes.

Responsibilities:

•Architect end-to-end solutions using Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud

•Design data models and integration strategies between platforms

•Develop customer journey maps spanning marketing and service touchpoints

•Create technical specifications for complex multi-cloud implementations

•Ensure data security and compliance across both clouds

•Optimize Marketing Cloud campaigns and Service Cloud processes

•Lead discovery sessions to gather cross-functional requirements

•Provide technical guidance on best practices for both platforms

•Troubleshoot complex issues across Marketing and ServiceCloud

•CollaboratewiththebusinessteamsandOWNthedesignoftheMarketingCloudandServiceCloudimplementations

Required Qualifications and Background:

•7+ years experience with Salesforce, including Marketing and Service Clouds

•Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant

•Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

•Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and Service Cloud integration

•Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration

•Proficiency inSOQL,AMPscript, and Journey Builder

•Familiarity with Service Cloud features like Case Management and Knowledge

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

•Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

•Experience in leading cross-functional technical teams

•Ability to translate complex marketing and service concepts

•Proactive approach to identifying optimization opportunities

•Adaptability to rapidly changing Salesforce ecosystem
