  • Cultivate relationships with Key Accounts (KAs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Ensure enduring partnerships with diverse customers
  • Design and execute comprehensive promotional plans
  • Tailor special campaigns for key accounts
  • Engage with high-level stakeholders
  • Conduct group presentations to enhance product visibility
  • Gather and analyze information on SP products, customer feedback, and competitors
  • Participate in industry events to stay updated on market trends
  • Contribute insights to refine SP's strategic positioning
  • Delivering new GtM model successfully including remote detailing /other resources investment
  • Understanding HCPs relevant touchpoint and proactively propose the engagement plan for sale at their territories
  • Contribution to the digital engagement plan and excellence execution
  • Develop skills for MR via coaching
  • Leverage the strengths and improvement area of each member of the team
  • Inspiring the team to implement the new GtM model
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales and administrative functions
  • Foster collaboration and integration with other functions and external stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of cross-functional processes and projects.

  • About you
    • Sales & KAM experience at Regional level for MNC pharmaceutical companies.
    • Education Background: Pharmaceutical University graduate or more.
    • Pharmaceutical Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory environment, market dynamics and customer engagement
    • Customer knowledge: Understanding HCPs preferred experiences. Deep knowledge of key clients & the end-to-end customer journey. CX professionals need to identify and map out the various touchpoints and interactions customers have with the company, from initial awareness to post-purchase support.
    • Language proficiency: English
