Main responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related topics: Expert/experience on Customer Engagement solution tools such as Mobirep. Support in CRM Product & Functional Catalog.
  • Reporting topics: Develop tools & reports to track execution of KPI and monitor CHC performance, ensuring simplicity / consistency / accessibility of data. Track performance in all dimensions: E.g. CRM, Sell-out data, Instore Visibility (Trax), Sell in data (SAP), Field performance and key operational priorities.
  • Target settings for sales teams (ROI, Incentive follow-up, Bonus Calculation and Data steward).
  • Sales Force Excellence topics: Support of segmentation and targeting process and support on commercial strategy.
  • Project Management: Ensure alignment between Business Excellence, Customer Excellence and Brand teams. Communicate gathered insights from monitoring KPI's towards the business teams and follow up on action plans and improvement plans. Planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

About you
  • Experience: Interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Soft and technical skills: Ability to work transversally across departments and countries. Capability to translate complex processes to easily understandable business topics as well to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent/advanced skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as in PowerBI. Be data driven and have the ability to quickly understand and apply new IS tools. Strong analytical and strong communication skills and be able to explain complex dashboards into understandable insights. Demonstrate a proactive attitude engaged in the business performance. Structured with a good sense of details. Understanding in Coordinating Business Processes. Listen to customer needs with the ability to challenge them and execute accordingly.
  • Education: Business, Data Analyst or Scientific studies, master's degree preferred-
  • Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus.
