The Global Rewards & Performance team at Opella is a group of motivated, energetic, and collaborative seasoned compensation and benefits professionals, organized in regional and subject matter expertise sub-teams, with the common objective to improve business' ability to attract, retain and motivate top talent by developing and operating compensation and benefits policies and practices.
As part of the Rewards Solutions & Communication team, you can contribute to the success of the following topics:
- Support for Global Processes for Performance and Compensation cycle (providing guidelines and support, administrating and coordinating the data needed for the process via preparation, corrections, load, managing functional and technical issues across the process)
- Create and keep updated relevant documentation about the current processes, procedures, and workflows for these programs.
- Reply appropriately to any internal and/or external inquires related to these programs.
- Proactively identify, propose, and implement improvements opportunities related to compensation and performance processes and tools.
- Knowledge management through the team and the development of local tools to ensure a high level of support (documentation, knowledge sharing...), contribution to knowledge transfer and education of first level
- Support pay equity legal review in the USA and Canada.
- Support analysis of the compensation positioning in the USA and Canada (market pay positioning, internal pay equity, critical positions) and propose salary budget input for the compensation cycle.
- Support annual compensation cycle in the USA and Canada through data quality review, operational analytics and resolution of in-process issues.

About you
Experience
- First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Broad understanding of HR process and activities
- Experience with analyzing salary market data would be an asset
- Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday, ServiceNow
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Familiarity with external salary data providers tools (Mercer WIN, WTW, Market Pay, etc.) would be an asset
- Good communication skills
- Graduate or master's degree with HR or business administration
- Fluent in English
