We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented apprentice to join our Reward and Performance teamsupporting the Sanofi People and Culture function in UK + Ireland. This role is designed for candidates who are passionate about using data to problem solve and build narratives which support the compensation and benefit strategy. The apprentice will support a wide range of activities within the Reward and Performance function, contributing to the efficiency and success of our People and Culture team.

Main responsibilities:
- Prepares data to carry out compensation and benefits analyses, including checks on data quality.
- Supports communications roll-out around Reward topics to the relevant stakeholders.
- Provides advice to employees and wider P&C team on Reward topics.
- Supports Reward and Performance team with BAU work and annual Reward projects.
- Inputs into annual and ongoing budget processes.
- Provides insight into Reward patterns in both internal and external environments e.g. internal benefit take-up, external market trends.
- Liaises with external suppliers as required to ensure robust ongoing processes and high-quality provision of services.
About you:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources is a plus.
