JOB PURPOSE:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage the Sanofi CHC CBEC OTC business(EVE, Mucosolvan,Dulcolax,etc.), in charge of overall CBEC online channels from supply chain to distributors and platforms management, also digital marketing execution.
About the job
Main responsiblities:
- Collaborate with CSO to manage NKA'Developing and maintaining relationships with NKA Retailers.
- Creating an annual Joint Business Plan and completing annual agreement negotiations.
- Understanding market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive conditions.
- Plan, organize, and manage product/brand promotion work based on market activity requirements and brand strategy development
- Timely provide feedback to the company on market changes, specific situations of competitors and customers, and propose rationalization suggestions
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Having experience in retail drug OTC sales or rich experience in consumer health products
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Preferred:
- National Key Account management experience.
- Project management experience.
