As Regional Learning Delivery Coordinator within our Learning Delivery Management team, you'll work on the planning, implementation and management of Instructor Led Training & Virtual Instructor Lead Training (ILT/VILT) delivery processes, ensuring their effectiveness and accurate reporting.

Main responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for incoming requests for internal and external customers, dealing with registration information and status.
- Partner with Learning Business Partner to understand program session details.
- Transmits the training needs into the system and management of the implementation.
- Work on the planning of training, taking into account the constraints and availability of the business and the training centers.
- Regular followups of learning activities in the form of scheduled business meetings.
- Coordinate the administrative organisation of training actions.
- Work closely with vendors & remote/virtual extended learning coordinators for successful implementation of our new operating model.
- Organize and prepare course location, equipment and preparation.
- Handle audit enquiries on delivery aspects. Partner with learning process outsourcing vendors to provide of learning data for audit exercise.
- Support integration plan to transition other learning institute towards centralized Learning Delivery operating model for the assigned country/region.
- Acts as a SPOC for addressing employee inquiries.
- Help with the designing, development and implementation, monitoring and optimization of business training plans
About You
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development or related area
- Experience and knowledge in sessions management, learning systems and continuous improvement
- Customer service experience
- Project experience is a plus
Soft and technical skills:
- MS Office knowledge
- Experience in incident management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work transversally across teams, geographies and time zones, in a diverse, matrix environment
- Team player
- Transversal mindset and proactive personality
Education:Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or equivalent.
Languages: Fluency in English
