The Role:

Supporting simple works of QA departments to ensure that the manufacturing process of all products comply with GMP requirements and with specific Sanofi requirements outlined in the company Directives and Guidelines / Hỗ trợ các công việc đơn giản của bộ phận Đảm Bảo Chất Lượng để đảm bảo tất cả quá trình sản xuất các sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu của GMP và đạt các yêu cầu của tập đoàn Sanofi đã được ấn định trong các tài liệu toàn cầu và các hướng dẫn của tập đoàn/

Role Responsibilities:

• Support in documentation management: issuing, withdrawing and inform effective date of procedure.../ Hỗ trợ các công việc về quản lý hồ sơ: phân phối, thu hồi, thông báo hiệu lực quy trình...

• Monitor the KPIs of quality department relating to deviation, ILI and CAPA on time...and team's KPI/ Theo dõi các chỉ tiêu KPIs của bộ phận chất lượng liên quan sự cố, ILI, CAPA on time... và KPI của nhóm

• Monitor and report for some activities of utilities management, periodical validation of team/ Theo dõi và báo cáo cho một số hoạt động quản lý tiện ích nhà máy, thẩm định định kỳ của nhóm

• Monitor GMP training plan/ Theo dõi tình hình thực hiện training GMP

• Support other activities of department when necessary/ Hỗ trợ các hoạt động khác của phòng khi cần

About You & Key Criteria for the role:

Experience and knowledge:

• Third or final-year university/college student (not yet graduated) majoring in a related field.

• Good skill in reading and understanding English

• Good skill in using Microsoft offices: Excel, Word

• Cautiousness, faithfulness and promptness

• Demonstrates the team-work spirit

Technical skills: Word, Excel...

Languages: English (read and understand)

Work rights: Candidates must already have the right to lawfully work and live in Vietnam.
