About our Graduate Programme:

Quality Systems and Compliance function is responsible for the Quality Management systems used across the organisation to support the biopharmaceutical production facilities and processes.

As well as working side by side with experienced team members and participating in projects and day to day team activities, you will also receive training designed to help you develop soft skills in a range of areas such as: presentation and communication skills, emotional intelligence, influencing and leadership skills. We support a variety of corporate and social responsibility activities and all Graduates participate in the Junior Achievement programme with local schools during the programme.

The programme starts on 1st September 2025 and last 2 years.

Main responsibilities:

Introduction to different elements of the Quality Team (Quality Compliance and Digital team/ Quality systems and Quality Assurance)
  • 1st rotation will be working within the Quality compliance and Digital Team. You will be working within the audit management team. You will have exposure to audits and audit management, both external (regulatory, global quality and partner companies) and internal self-inspection of site areas. You will get experience in the preparation of inspections/ audits, organising the physical and personnel layout, generating responses to findings by liaising with cross functional teams to develop satisfactory responses to each finding. Insight into the auditing of areas within the site, i.e., manufacturing (pre-filled syringe/ Lyophilization), Quality (Quality assurance/ Quality systems and compliance/ Quality control) and supporting departments (warehousing/ Supply chain) assisting the 'Site lead auditor' in the generation of agendas/ reports and other supporting documentation and will gain overall experience in the facility audit process at the site by supporting the audit of each area. You will also gain experience in identifying and solving data integrity breaches. You will perform GEMBA walks (Japanese quality process which require the assessor to attend the 'Actual Place' - the GEMBA) of problem areas and assist in the generation and review of data integrity breaches and create data integrity assessment documents to assist in the timely closure of deviations.

  • 2nd rotation will be working closely with the site Quality Systems Team, working within the quality technical agreements team and complaints both (vendor and customer).

  • 3rd rotation will work with the Quality Assurance Team ensuring products meet the quality standards set by the company or its industry. Ensure that the quality system in Sanofi is effectively is implemented and maintained. You will gain exposure to corporate processes to gain valuable experience in how a corporate system is managed across various business entities.

About you
  • Graduated in the past two years or due to graduate in 2025.
  • A minimum 2.1 Primary Degree in Science.
  • Relevant work experience which can be cumulative, i.e., internship/work placement.
  • The same sort of values as we do as well as a passion for healthcare.
  • Demonstrated a record of a high level of performance and delivery.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a self-starter with the determination to succeed.
  • Possess a record of high achievement and delivery.
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • An analytical approach to problem solving.

Application process
  • Once you have officially applied, a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will review your application.
  • If you meet the above criteria, we will ask you to attend a video interview. This will be sent online, and you will be asked to record your answers using either a mobile, tablet or computer
  • If you pass this stage a member of our recruitment team will conduct a telephone interview with you.
  • The final stage of the process will be for you to attend an assessment centre in November. You will be given the opportunity to meet some of your potential colleagues and managers whilst also learning a little more about what Sanofi is all about.
  • The day will involve group activities and interview. We are only holding 1 assessment centre, therefore you will need to ensure you are able to commit to attending this date before you apply to this role. Assessment centre date - 21st November 2024.
