Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a back up to Quality Systems, Change Control Coordinator and assist by acting as site coordinator.
- Internal auditor; Lead investigator for Quality Assurance
- Assist as needed with investigations using GPS3 methodology.
- Must complete or have already completed GPS3 training.
- Manage QIT Program and Quality Projects, including local and global projects.
- Connect Document Management
- SOPs, Job Aides, Global Document Review
- Environmental Monitoring QA and Supplier Quality
- Audit coordination and logistics, including Health Authority and internal Global Quality inspections.
- Assist where needed with Issuing Records, Updating/Revising Batch Records
- Customs Letters, help with state registrations, TTB registration, maintain a schedule for registrations and due dates.
- CARES Drug Product Reporting Submissions
- Stability tables for Annual Reports
- Artwork Labeling/Review and Approval for QA
- Complaints investigations
About You
- Bachelor's degree in the sciences or other closely related field of study
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance and quality systems in a FDA regulated environment
- Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods/Consumer Healthcare industry preferred
