The Sanofi Patient Support Services (PSS) team is focused on enabling patient access to Sanofi therapies by providing reimbursement navigation, logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education. Sanofi offers several programs across a number of therapeutic areas. In addition, Sanofi is expected to launch new products and new indications for existing products that will require the design and launch of additional patient support services.
We are seeking a Program & Implementation Lead, someone who is both creative and analytical, who will play a key role in enhancing PSP operational performance through the strategic use of data analytics and innovative solutions. You should understand Sanofi's PSP business needs and the needs of our patients and physician partners, to creatively enhance the patient journey, and connect it all via smart and innovative digital thinking. You should be equally comfortable building a marketing plan and presentation, as you would be dissecting workflows and performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead therapeutic area, cross-functional PSS planning and day to day program management, ensuring operational excellence across the product lifecycle in alignment with the brand's strategic goals.
- Design, implement and evaluate PSP workflows across multiple therapeutic areas, including digital workflows and critical "leakage" points.
- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources to troubleshoot and objectively evaluate the operational effectiveness of programs and make necessary modifications to continuously improve operations, maximizing patient and HCP satisfaction.
- Apply vendor management and internal collaboration best practices to ensure effective partnerships and communication.
- Monitor and implement lean frameworks to continuously optimize data collection, reporting and program performance to drive results for the brand strategy and support priorities.
- Ensure vendor deliverables, timelines, and budgets are maintained according to contract terms and identify opportunities to evolve further vendor partnership excellence.
- Develop, manage and report on PSS spend, represent PSS in annual budget plans, lead/support the management of customer SOWs/contracts.
- Monitor and report on PSS performance metrics, and continuously assess performance and program delivery against business needs. Identify external and internal factors impacting performance and create solutions to address them.
- Develop a strong partnership with key Sanofi stakeholders becoming familiar with -- and support - brands, company culture, policies, procedures, mission, values and standards.
- Speak and present confidently to partners about strategic recommendations developed based on a deep understanding of program operations supported with robust data analysis.
- Develop and optimize campaigns including the deployment of process automation for the purpose of improving workforce efficiency and satisfaction.
- Ensure PSS programs are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidance with Sanofi policies and procedures.
About You
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in a data-driven analytical role, preferably focused on operations, process improvement or business intelligence. Pharmaceutical manufacturer and PSS vendor experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of PSS operations across various stages of the product lifecycle
- Strong financial acumen and hands-on budget management experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive operational and process enhancements.
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and a passion for problem solving through data.
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies are an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
