Your job, as Professional Production Support within our Recombinant Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility, will contributes as a member of Manufacturing & Supply - Building 55 Recombinant Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility and functions as a primary interface with the Technical Community, especially ITS, Automation & Manufacturing Excellence for Digital solutions such as MES, DCS & ERP systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for ensuring production needs and user requirements are satisfied in ITS, Automation and Digital solutions and platforms, such as MES- eBatch Records & eLogbooks, the facility's Process Control System, ERP systems, etc.
  • Act as a production representative for the facility with an emphasis and focus on digital, automation and ITS related platforms.
  • Act as a point of contact for production with MES & Automation system integration experts. Ensure communications from production shop floor team are properly understood by system integrators.
  • Understand & employ computer programming and scripting to solve problems and integrate existing tools to achieve continuous improvement and perform minor edits to existing eBRs and eLogbooks.
  • Support the development of production recipes, bill of materials in SAP and Process Control System.
  • Responsible for accuracy of master batch record & process instruction content specific to the manufacturing process to support MES. Performs & supports the coordination of reviews and approvals of MES & Automation documentation such as but not limited to: User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Process Instructions, Functional Specifications.
  • Supports UAT executions with coordination, defect resolution
  • Participate in general production activities, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, event investigations and other assignments to support the manufacturing team.
  • Support adherence to schedule with task ownership, meeting task durations

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Programming)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (MES/automation)

Other Skills:
  • MES Development experience, especially with Siemens Opcenter.
  • Must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work with cross functional teams, cooperate transversally, demonstrated the ability to strive for results.
