As Product & Service Owner, your roles are 2 fold:

- you will act as a product owner for People Services digital products thus ensuring a high connection between Digital & Sanofi Business Operations globally

- you will be a service owner for the applications in the field of People Services; and thus, will make sure that the applications as part of your role work do work without any incidents

Main responsibilities:

• Product Owner in the field of workplace perimeter
• Service owner of the apps taken part to the workplace perimeter
• Facilitation of new business demands for digital solution
• Monitoring of digital People Services portfolio
• Participate in projects
• Help maintaining appropriate level of relationship with all 3rd party involved in the app execution
• SOX audit
• Financials of the perimeter (budget, forecast, actuals monitoring)
• Participation to RFPs

About you

Studies & experience:

• Graduate with a master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University

Language skills:

• Fluent in conversational and professional English; other foreign language is a plus

Technical skills:

• 5 years' work experience as a minimum, able to work with external stakeholders
• Experience in project management
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Soft skills:

• Rigorous, attention to details
• Team spirit
• Autonomous and able to work with remote teams
