Main Responsibilities
- Support Global Lead Buyers and Category Managers on procurement strategy development and execution for Direct & Indirect procurement categories.
- Collaborate with the Critical Material Management Team to reduce sourcing risk and contribute to site sustainability and cost-reduction goals.
- Master the site's spend profile and deliver world-class savings objectives across all procurement domains.
- Drive local and global procurement initiatives by engaging with suppliers and ensuring adherence to global contract terms.
- Support supplier quality and delivery performance at the site level while ensuring alignment with Sanofi's procurement standards.
- Develop strong business partnerships with site stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and quality.
- Address supply chain and procurement challenges by collaborating with site stakeholders and escalating major supplier issues when necessary.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (a procurement qualification is a plus).
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields (knowledge of Pharma, Biologics, or FMCG categories is preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, matrix environment.
- Project management and cross-functional team facilitation experience.
