Key skills we are looking for:

Experience:

• Experience in Procurement/Sourcing or in pharma industry and appetite to learn
• Good understanding of finance and legal aspects of procurement
• Good understanding of different domains of procurement (direct and/or indirect categories)

Soft skills:

• Results oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, notably on large data sets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, receptive, resourceful, creative, and results oriented
• Negotiation skilss.
• Communication skills: Assertiveness, ability to convince/influence others and excellent presentation skills.
• Able to quickly assimilate new information/skills.
• Readily adapts to new environment, processes, ways of working.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal sensitivity.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or another relevant field.

Languages:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English required.
