Your job as a Process Engineer will support the Plant Manager in delivering benchmark results, specific focus is on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Quality, Material utilization, scrap, and cost. Ownership for daily +QDCI huddles. The Process Engineer will own execution of key loss elimination action plans ib the OEE group gap analysis for all process centers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defect Handling Ownership
- Identify the root cause of product defects
- Drive the elimination of the defect cause
- Identify the root cause of product defects
- Centerline owner
- Develop team capability to execute Centerline (CL) standards
- Own, track, report CL in process measure and evaluate and coach results
- Set direction for and support execution if action plans
- Drive CL deviation to root cause elimination
- Develop team capability to execute Centerline (CL) standards
- Quality owner
- Develop team capability to execute Quality standards
- Own, track, report CL in process measure and evaluate and coach results

- Monitor OEE, uptime, downtime, change overs, and scrap
- Analyze variance reports and coach team to develop and execute improvement plan
- Provide technical expertise and daily coaching during resolution of work center issues
- Perform Root Cause analysis and build capability in the team
- Provide technical coaching on Kaizen execution
- Monitor OEE, uptime, downtime, change overs, and scrap
- Project and Initiative support resource
- Support project, initiative, and engineering study execution to ensure appropriate standards are provided to the business
- Interface with Product Development and Process Validation to ensure vertical startup criteria are achieved

About You
- Education: You must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, or a science discipline preferred.
- Experience: experience in manufacturing of pharmaceuticals or food and beverage industries preferred.
- Technical Competencies: Ensure weekly and monthly reports are completed in a timely manner to support improvement. Interact with packaging supervision to identify development need and to develop team members. Must provide performance metrics to drive improvement.
