The Italian Market Access team is looking for a new HEOR Manager. We are looking for a candidate with a strong "can do" attitude, flexible and able to multi-task.

As Pricing HEOR Manager within our Market Access team, you'll develop and excellently execute health economics & outcomes research plans/studies in Italy.

Main responsibilities:

• Inform the local pricing strategy for products in scope through:

• Tracking competitors P&R conditions
  
• Adapt global Cost-effectiveness and Budget impact models to the Italian market
  
• Development of strategic reports from AIFA web-registry on the key insights from real world usage of the products
  

• Collaborate with brand teams to develop and deliver health economic tools to appropriately influence funding allocation, decision making and guideline development within the Italian healthcare system
  
• Review and customize global and economic models and dossiers to the Italian business needs
  
• Develop and provide targeted health economic training programs for internal and external customers
  
• Adherence to company and industry codes of conduct, ethics, pharma code
  

About you

• Experience: Market Access
  
• Soft and technical skills: Strong quantitative skills with advanced use of Excel, proven skills in Health economics
  
• Education: Master Degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy or MBA
  
• Languages: Advanced in Italian and English (speaking, writing)
