Global Business Services (GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function supporting and accelerating Sanofi's transformation towards establishing a sustainable standalone Consumer Healthcare business through the implementation of a set of operational legal presence across in-scope markets. Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Global Business Services (GBS) drives transformation projects to ensure it delivers best in class processes in terms of quality, cost, performance, customer satisfaction and needs, supported by high quality master data and performance KPIs.
PEOPLE SERVICES (PPLS) will be covering the following areas of the process:
• Organization & Employee Master Data: data accuracy and data completeness

• Employee Life Cycle Management: from hiring to retiring, including contract and job changes
• Employee queries: global and local articles, ticketing
• External Workforce: data management, onboarding and offboarding
• Transversal: reporting, compliance, continuous improvement
• Time to Pay (T2P): payroll data, calculation, post payroll and support activities
The People Services Technology & Solutions team aims to deliver courageous and streamlined solutions that empower our diverse talent to achieve exceptional outcomes together. Acting as a key enabler leveraging technology to streamline HR processes, optimize system performance and support operational team delivering optimized solutions, the team is responsible for;
• Core HR system maintenance and enhancement
• Employee support model
• Data and reporting management
• Performance monitoring and visualization

Support Technology & Solutions Lead in
HR Technology Support
Assist in maintaining and updating the ServiceNow knowledge base
Help create training materials for ServiceNow features
Support the team in implementing technology solutions for employee inquiries
Data Analysis and Reporting
Aid in collecting and organizing people-related data
Help develop and maintain reports using tools like Excel and PowerBI
Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
Process Improvement
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by researching and proposing technical solutions
Support the team in automating processes
Project Support
Assist in various HR technology implementation projects
Help in creating documentation and user guides for HR systems and tools
Engagement and communication
Co animates with Technology & Solutions Lead a community around technology and solutions topics
Support content creation using video application to communicate/share about PPLS project and successes.
About you
- Experience: Fresh / less than 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelor to Master's degree in business administration, Human Resources, IT and Engineering or equivalent
- Experienced in social activities and student or University organization
- Exposed to applications such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint, Workday, process mining tool is a plus
- Languages: English; any other language is appreciated
