The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines. The team members of the global M&S Services Hub will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global manufacturing sciences, analytics, and technology activities with a focus on global project management. Significant experience in development of medical devices, drug device combination products and/or primary containers, and creation of Design Control documentation is necessary.
Main responsibilities:
- Design & Track transition plan for streams and sub streams to ensure perfect execution of the roadmaps with a smooth transition and permanent business continuity.
- Ensure the definition and execution of digital solutioning on time in connection stream leader, digital team, and site.
- Assess roadmap timing impacts on actions to be performed on sites and ensure follow up of those actions to guarantee the roadmap timelines for stream and sub streams.
- Coordinate assessment of load versus capacity on sites following gap assessment to confirm the HC ramp down
- Assist Stream leader in organizing meetings, workshops, and actions plan follow up
- Lead some specific M&S services initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and build one page report for the stream
- Monitor lessons learned
About you
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience inProject managementinmulticultural teams are required
- Should be well versed with M&S functions of pharmaceutical industry (esp. Quality, Supply chain, External Manufacturing...). Experience of working on manufacturing sites in either of these domains is an added advantage.
- Proven leadership, capacity to coordinate several activities and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, effective in a complex, global organization.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong software and computer skills
Technical skills:
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems).
Education:
- Master's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree in engineering or scientific discipline preferred. (not mandatory)
- Certification in Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement are required.
- Excellent English communication and writing
