Therefore, GBS PPL Regional Head is looking for People Services Specialist. For HR Services (PPL), GBS will be covering the following areas of the process:

Responsible for the proper and effective personal administration conducting, in particular:
  • managing full cycle of employee documentation, including: storage, delivery and signature collection process, in compliance with applicable labor law regulations, GDPR and HR department guidelines;
  • managing employee leaves and time offs administration in HR systems in the scope of reconciling data correctness and consistency between HR systems;
  • cooperating with payroll provider for Poland by all the necessary information and documentation timely delivery in order to ensure an effective payroll process;
  • providing on time and proper benefit administration in accordance with local policies and legal requirements, in a close collaboration with benefit providers and People&Culture team;
  • supporting physical onboarding and offboarding processes and handling employees' queries during whole duration of employment;
  • cooperating with temporary work agencies in terms of personnel data administration;
  • supporting mergers and acquisitions related projects at the local level;

About you:

Experience:
  • experience in Human Resources or customer service or care experience within a shared service environment;
  • understanding of relevant HR and Legal processes and knowledge of labor law regulations;
Soft skills:
  • self-organization skills, prioritizes effectively;
  • strong communication and customer services skills;
Technical skills:
  • general knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures;
  • previous experience with Workday or similar Global HR systems will be an asset;
Education:
  • BA/ BSc or Equivalent in HR or related discipline
Languages:
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish & English;
