Main responsibilities

- Organization of medical examinations
- Administration of travel reimbursement
- Supporting the monthly closing process and the onboarding process
- Providing site specific training
- Managing employee documents, electronic and paper-based
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting tasks
Experience
- Ongoing university studies (active student status) in the field of Human Resources
- Min. 20-30-hour availability/week with flexible scheduling
Soft and technical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
- Team player, able to work collaboratively
- Ability of working individually and with the team
- Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Tolerance of monotony
Languages
- Fluent in English and in Hungarian as well
