As People Services Generalist (French Speaker) within our People Services team, you'll manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & contract creation until the coordination and administration of termination and off boarding activities for the French region. Main responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage employee life cycle activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi entities within the perimeter of Sanofi Business Operation Europe and to deliver the services as per their respective Service Level Agreements
  • Create employee contracts, complete all required steps related to the Hiring process, while coordinating with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience
  • Administer and handle termination and offboarding activities
  • Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems, coordinate with external parties for immigration, relocation, training
  • Provide Level 1 support via Ticketing system and phone line and be engaged in the Customer Service process in Service Now, as well as level 2 support
  • Proactively make proposals in relation to development of processes in your scope
  • Take part in local & global projects as an expert of your field

About you

Experience
  • First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Broad understanding of HR processes and activities

Soft and technical skills
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
  • Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
  • User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good communication skills , attentive to customer needs & feedbacks
  • Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial

Education
  • Graduate or Master's degree with HR or business administration

Languages
  • Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of other European languages (advantageous)
