iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As a People Excellence Associate VIE in our People & Culture Team team you will develop knowledge and play a crucial part in supporting and advancing our organisation's commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of DE&I programs and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing DE&I workshops for employees.
- Help collect and analyse diversity data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to internal communications related to DE&I efforts.
- Assist in coordinating employee resource groups (ERGs) and their activities.
- Assist in planning and executing DE&I-focused events and celebrations.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications such as Your Voice and our Culture Plan.
- Contribute to broader HR projects across the team such as our recognition program, promotion of benefits and how we build our brand reputation.
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries and issues.
About you
Education:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of DE&I principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (Workday or similar).
- Passion for creating an inclusive workplace culture.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity in developing engaging DE&I initiatives.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience:
- Experience in HR field and project management and event planning is a plus.
- Fluent English.
