We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to partner with the organization's leadership and People & Culture (P&C) team as the catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy for the Corporate Functions (including Digital) International Markets. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by providing P&C strategic leadership and support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, transformation and change etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi's Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture. The job holder will be a member of the CF P&C Leadership Team.

The PBP CF for International Markets will also manage a team of 8 local PBP for the following Markets:
SEA/India; Australia/SKorea; Africa; CSE; Latam; Eurasia; Brazil and GSA.
Main responsibilities:
As a member of the CF People & Culture Leadership Team, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the business leaders and the People Business Partners across Sanofi International Markets.
- Ensure the deployment of One P&C strategy, business strategy and P&C culture change within the International Markets.
- Provide support and expertise to the Senior Business Leaders on all people-related and P&C management matters within the organization, leveraging knowledge of best practices and experience with alternative approaches, considering short- and long-term implications, ensuring compliance to legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices.
- Strengthen talent density within the organisation, coaching Business leaders and working in close collaboration with P&C Business partner and in partnership with TM/TA Coe's) talent & leadership development. Encouraging bold moves and cross GBUs Talent exchanges.
- Coach Senior Business Leaders, GBU Business Partner and Talent in their leadership posture and decisions on people- and organization-related issues.
- Manage and develop the International Markets CF P&C team, engaging & continuously developing them to become trusted and strategic business advisors
- Manage internal and external network opportunities at all levels to be aware of best practices & opportunities.
- Drive key projects, for the international markets within a global frame, enabling business growth.
- Lead Employee Engagement and Culture to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture and well-being.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with international exposure.
- Proven experience in in leadership development, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management.
- Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Management of a remote and diverse team a +.
- Fluent in English.
