JOB PURPOSE:
This role will work closely with area MA teams to implement RMA transversal initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support the achievement of RMA projects delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support RMA Head to get latest market insights and narjet trends to generate the appropriate regional market access strategy.
- Support RMA Head for the implementation of RMA initiatives across different areas to ensure the delivery.
- Work closely with area MA leads to coordinate and manage the activities related to the regional market access areas, ensuring the target, milestone and timeline are aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor the progress of area MA project implementations, utilizing data and feedback to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Escalate issues and work with the team to develop actionable solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams in PAMAT to ensure smooth implementation of key strategic initiatives in the area responsible for.

Education:
- Minimum bachelor's degree, pharmaceutical or medical related major preferred
- At least 3-5 years' experience in sales or commercial function of the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in market access and/or project management preferred
- Experience with multinational company is preferred
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to various audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring project success within defined parameters.
