Main responsibilities职责描述:

- Area SMS Lead
- Lead the implementation of SMS principles, tools and methodologies to drive continue improvement across the site.
- To be OpEx representative in department/ APU-PCU / function.
- Collabrate with production, quality, supply chain and engineering teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S initiatives and other SMS activities to eliminate waste and optimize workflows
- Provide training and coaching to area personnel on SMS principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor lean performance indicators to track the success of SMS initiatives
- Supplier excellence
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier excellence management program including supplier performance evaluation, corrective action planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own the material & supplier improvement initiatives, such as joint problem solving sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
- To be business interface of the procurement on site.
- Site representative in all negotiations with suppliers

- Experience工作经验:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Soft skill通用技能:
- Excellent problem-solving ,analytical and decision-making skilling; Negotiation skill, effective communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to collaborate cross-fuctionally
- Technical skill专业技能:
- Demonstrated expertise in lean tools and methodologies such 5S, Kaizen, six sigma and value steam mapping
- Strong understanding of supplier management principle, including supplier evaluation , risk assessment and performance monitoring
