• Takes responsibility for the current and next weeks' schedule (detailed sequence of production) oneach SKU.负责每个 SKU的当前和未来几周的生产计划(详细的生产顺序)。
• Tracks Schedule adherence and performs root cause analysis for schedule changes and action plan follow-up.跟踪计划时间表的遵守情况'并执行其表变更和行动计划跟进的根本原因分析。
• Coordinates with PCU manager to ensure proper handover of Firm Planned Orders in the firm horizon+ works on issues resolution.与 PCU经理协调'确保在确定范围内正确交付公司计划订单并解决问题。
• Converts Firm Planned orders into Process Orders in frozen horizon (i.e. Adjust Dates).将公司计划订单转换为冻结范围内的流程订单(即调整日期)

• Weekly demand/supply communication with Opella supply chain. In charge of end-to-end planning of Opella products, including master plan, API material plan, production plan and shipment plan. 每周与欧彼乐公司供应链沟通供需情况'确保欧彼乐公司产品的端到端计划(包括主计划,主料物料计划,生产计划和发货计划)顺利执行。
• Ensure the CGMP compliance of Beijing Site.确保符合北京工厂运行的CGMP相关规定。
• Ensure daily work compliance with HSE policy; Participate daily +QDCI meeting and ensure the efficiency of +QDCI meeting。贯彻公司HSE的有关规定'把公司HSE制度的措施贯彻到每个具体环节；参加每天+QDCI会议'监督本部门+QDCI会议是否有效开展

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: More than 3 years working experiences in Production Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. At least 1 year JV working experience in the related areas. 3年以上生产计划相关工作经验'有制药工厂工作经验者优先。供应链管理相关领域'1年跨国制药企业工作经历。
• Soft skill: Good interpersonal and communication skills. 具有良好的人际交往和协调沟通能力。
• Technical skill: Skilled in Office system, SAP is preferred. 熟练操作微软办公软件系统, 熟悉SAP系统。
• Education: Full time university education in economics or international trade, logistics. 全日制大学本科毕业'经济学或国际贸易,物流等专业。
• Languages: Good command of written and spoken English. 具备良好的英语书写和表达水平。
