• Performs regular safety inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Monitors safety performance metrics, analyze health and hygiene data to identify trends and areas for improvement and report findings to SLT and above site senior management. • Ensure the site's activities compliance to all relevant Health and Hygiene (Biosafety) regulations and standards (local, state, and company). 确保工厂活动符合所有相关的安全,健康和卫生(生物安全)法规和标准(当地,国家和集团)。
• Develop and implement local policies/procedures related to Safety, Health&Hygiene to manage, prevent and controls workplace hazard risks and main business interruption threats. • Identifies, anticipates, evaluates and controls local processes (manufacturing, control, storing , etc), environmental factors or stresses in the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health or impact on wellbeing. • Leads investigations into accidents, incidents, near-misses and health-related incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 领导对事故,事件'险肇事件和健康相关事件的调查'以确定根本原因并实施纠正措施以防止再次发生。

• Lead & promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety, health & hygiene practices by providing training, education and/or relevant program to all employees (Machine safety, Fire safety, ATEX, KSE, Anoxia, Health and Hygiene best practices ...). • Oversee Occupational health and hygiene (Biosafety) monitoring programs, including regular health check-ups and occupational health assessments for employees and conduct meeting with the local internal and external stakeholders. • Experience: Minimum 3 years related working experience in HSE management.

• Soft skill:
  • Master level of proficiency in term of Process Safety, Occupational Safety, Health&Hygiene, Chemical Safety and Biosafety. 精通工艺安全,职业安全,健康与工业卫生,化学品安全和生物安全。
  • Master level of proficiency in management system, Regulatory knowledge, Matrix management, Problem solving, Project management, striving for results and ability to influence. 精通管理系统,法规知识,矩阵管理,问题解决,项目管理,结果导向和影响能力。
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in term of product stewardship. 产品管理中级水平。
