Main responsibilities
Please indicate here the main job responsibilities
- Project Cross functional integration, bridging the boundaries, removing siloes and enabling the flow of information among the various workstreams and to the central program operations group. The assistant project manager will leverage the cross functional gate mapping and associated deliverables to perform the cross functional integration
- Bridge culutar differences and ways of working between the different project team members, local China organization and external suppliers / authorities
- Support team meetings and facilitate cross-functional workshops required for effective project coordination
- Support preparation of presentations and manage meeting minutes for key project meetings (Steering Committees, project core team, project control meetings, schedule performance meetings, risk management, resource management, etc.)
- Administrative support of Resource Management process, Scope management Risk management process, Lessons learned, Communication / reporting (executive summary), support shine updates (Cost, FTEs and PKMs),
- Support team co-location, temporary office setup, and special events throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Supporting the Head of DS Insulin China Project in Program Management Governance, update and maintain key dedicated project documents (Project Execution Plan, Project Control Plan, Project Documentation Plan, Project Charter, Project Governance, etc.) on regular basis to reflect past events, current tasks and future strategies
- Effectively communicate the key project documents to all relevant stakeholders, including all existing and new project team members
- Support project change management and communication practices/initiatives
- At the onset of the project, manage, track and control paper & electronic project documentation including Sharepoint and / or Teams administration following the program document management structure.
- Support the E2E 3t Project Manager in anticipation, identification and communication of project risks on & across the site.
- Support discussions with local autorties and government bodies
About you

Experience
- Technical/Business Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or project experience
- Very organized and structured
- Ability to cooperate across the organization.
- Experience in applying project management best practices with emphasis on team integration, action tracking, document management and presentations.
- problem solving mentality and able to generate innovative a digital solution to improve efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge ways of working between different cultures.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders, partners across the organization to positively impact business results.
- Act for innovation, initiating new and improved ways of working.
- LEAN oriented, problem solving & new way of working.
- Open minded and curios to learn new tools.
- Basic understanding of Biotech manufacturing and pharma business
- Know-how in integrated C&Q activities for Pharma process.
- University degree such as Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering or Business studies
- PMP and PMI Agile certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- French and German are a plus.
