As Global Head of Artwork & Electronic Product Information, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering innovation across our labeling, artwork and electronic Product Information (ePI) operations.

Main responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement global strategies for artwork and ePI, aligning with business goals and fostering innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all labelling and artwork meet global regulatory requirements and stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Innovation and Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of smart labelling and digital product information technologies, ensuring business continuity.
  • Operational Excellence: Define and maintain global processes, implement data-centric metrics, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Develop and roll out training materials and infrastructure for process/system users.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support product launches and key initiatives

About you
  • Master's degree in business, technical, or engineering disciplines, preferably within Pharma/Bio settings
  • 15+ years of experience, including project management, labelling, artwork, marketing, and regulatory affairs
  • 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects / programs and teams within a matrix environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal negotiation, and partnering skills
  • Ability to challenge conventional thinking and make tough decisions
  • Proven track record in transforming complex business processes within a multinational context
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end labelling, artwork, ePI processes. Experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs, marketing, design, and supply chain processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of process excellence, process improvement, LEAN, highly desired
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
