- Perform experiments in support of mRNA drug substance process development such as In vitro transcription (IVT) and purification etc.
- Use QbD principles to develop and improve scale down models for mRNA GMP drug substance production to support process understanding, CPP/KPP identification, and robustness studies (PAR and NOR validation) etc.

About You
- Earned Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience, or Master's degree with up to 3 years' experience in Biochemistry, engineering, or related degree
- Experience in large molecule drug substance developmentrequired
- Experience of biologics purification using chromatography is required. Other downstream experiences, for instance enzyme reactions, mixing, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, is preferred.
- Knowledge of mRNA characterization methods preferred
- Capable of working in a collaborative team environment both within group and on interdisciplinary teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present findings to a diverse scientific group in a clear and concise manner is necessary
