Main responsibilities

- Monitoring project schedules
- Ensuring that tasks are completed on time
- Liaising between the different (medical-sales-marketing) teams
- Coordinating processes related to the medical community
- Taking minutes of meetings and tracking tasks
- Ensuring the flow of information
- Supporting the team with presentation materials and up-to-date data
About you
Experience
- Ongoing university studies (active student status)
- Min. 20-hour availability/week
- Experience in digital content creation
- Interested in healthcare (advantage)
Soft and technical skills
- Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and information, both verbally and in writing
- Analytical skills, analyzing data and synthesizing information
- Organizational and communication skills: Effective management of multiple projects
- Knowledge of project management software an advantage
Languages
- Excellent English and Hungarian language
